After nearly 30 years of experience in martial arts, combat sports, self-defense, physical conditioning, and personal development, I am now developing a new project in Lausanne built around two complementary areas: realistic self-defense and cinematic combat training.

The first area focuses on the teaching of a personal protection method inspired by the experience of former members of the French Presidential Security Group (GSPR) and the RAID tactical unit, which I have been developing in Switzerland through Boxing Self Defense Geneva.

This approach helps participants develop self-confidence, stress management, violence prevention, conflict communication skills, reaction abilities, and the capacity to adapt to real-life situations.

Classes, workshops, seminars, and training programs are offered to individuals, companies, associations, public institutions, and educational organizations.

The second area is directly inspired by my experience in the action film industry, particularly my participation as a stunt fighter in the Hollywood feature film Dune: Part Three.

The objective is to create a dedicated training environment focused on realistic combat for film, fight choreography, camera work, movement coordination, safety procedures, and physical preparation specific to film productions.

This training group operates as a true laboratory for research and creation, allowing participants to develop new fight sequences, explore different movement concepts, and prepare for future film and media projects.

Weekly training sessions, as well as semi-private and private coaching opportunities, will enable the most committed participants to progress within a demanding framework that combines realism, performance, precision, creativity, and safety.

Through these two disciplines, my objective remains the same: to transmit practical skills, develop confidence, encourage personal growth, and create meaningful human experiences through movement, commitment, and self-improvement.
