Over the years, through my classes, workshops, and individual support programs, I have observed an increasingly common reality: many teenagers, young adults, and adults struggle with a lack of direction, confidence, or personal clarity.

These workshops were created in response to that observation.

They combine active listening, guided reflection, practical tools, and action-oriented exercises designed to help individuals gain greater clarity, build confidence, and develop the ability to face everyday challenges more effectively.

REGAIN CONFIDENCE & FIND DIRECTION

I have developed two personalized 3-hour one-to-one workshops designed for teenagers, young adults, and adults seeking greater confidence, clarity, stability, and the ability to take action in their daily lives.

Each workshop is fully tailored to the individual's situation, background, challenges, and personal objectives.

THERAPEUTIC SELF-DEFENSE WORKSHOP

This workshop is designed for individuals experiencing a lack of confidence, loss of direction, relationship difficulties, stress, fears, or life situations requiring deeper support and guidance.

The first hour is dedicated to listening, discussion, clarifying the situation, and identifying the personal strengths and resources already present within the individual.

The objective is to bring awareness to certain patterns, reorganize thoughts, restore meaning, and establish a solid foundation for future progress.

The following two hours are based on the ADAC method (Academy of Combat Arts), a practical and realistic self-defense system that develops confidence, posture, communication skills, attitude, and the ability to take action.

Through adapted exercises, everyday-life scenarios, emotional management, communication work, verbal expression, movement drills, focus-pad striking exercises, and simple techniques that can be reproduced under stress, participants put into practice what has been explored during the initial assessment.

The objective is not simply to learn self-defense, but to progressively strengthen the ability to deal with challenges encountered in school, university, professional, or personal life.

It is precisely this connection between reflection, understanding, and practical experience that gives this workshop its unique value.

ORIENTATION & RECONNECTION WORKSHOP

This workshop is intended for individuals who feel the need to reassess their situation, regain direction, clarify a project, or rebuild confidence in their abilities.

The first hour focuses on analyzing the current situation, identifying available resources, highlighting existing strengths and skills, and exploring possible paths forward.

Depending on individual needs, I may also share practical tools, recommendations, and contacts from my professional network to help support future development and decision-making.

The following two hours also rely on the ADAC method and are designed to transform reflection into concrete action.

Through practical exercises, realistic scenarios, work on posture, communication, stress management, and the ability to take one's place with confidence, participants develop greater self-belief, coherence, and decision-making capacity.

The goal is to leave with greater clarity, a better understanding of one's situation, and practical tools for moving forward.

A PROCESS BUILT FOR LONG-TERM PROGRESS

Each workshop can be attended as a standalone session.

However, experience has shown that the most lasting changes generally occur through a progressive follow-up process.

For this reason, I recommend a pathway involving several workshops, allowing confidence, communication skills, attitude, emotional management, interpersonal abilities, and capacity for action to develop gradually over time.

Each session builds upon the previous one, helping to deepen the work already undertaken and create stronger, more sustainable results.
