A little history...

Developed by Eric Quequet, founder of the Academy of Combat Arts; and Robert Paturel - former RAID leader and multi-disciplinary title holder, street defense highlights three main lessons: street boxing, street wrestling and street weapons.

Having become a sport in its own right, street boxing is an art which includes the physical aspect as well as the psychological, behavioral and environmental aspects of the person.

# Street Boxing _ Knowing how to protect yourself from blows and how to defend yourself

# Street wrestling _ Knowing how to defend oneself in close combat

# Street weapons _ Knowing how to use an improvised weapon to defend oneself

# Pre-registration for teenagers group lessons (10-16 years) 2020-2021 season.

Wednesdays from 4.30 p.m. to 6 p.m., room address (city center) pending.

30 hour street defense course (mixed) for all ages, all levels.

The course of the technical program is the equivalent of 1 to 2 years of training in a club affiliated to ADAC France

Training over 3 weekends from October to December 2020

October 3/4 (2 x 5h lessons) Timetable: 9.30 a.m. - 12 p.m. / 1.30 p.m. - 4 p.m.

November 7/8 (2 x 5h lessons) Timetable: 9.30 a.m. - 12 p.m. / 1.30 p.m. - 4 p.m.

December 5/6 (2 x 5h lessons) Timetable: 9.30 a.m. - 12 p.m. / 1.30 p.m. - 4 p.m.

* Possibility of attending the graduation on the last day which is reserved for exams.

* For those who do not pass the exam, the training day continues with revisions in addition to new technical contributions.
